We live in a world of energy. We are particles of energy moving together at a particular
vibration which gives us our form. The universe is one massive ball of energy! What we
don’t understand is that energy has two poles. The positive and the negative. If you don’t
attract the positive then you are surely attracting the negative. There is nothing called a
neutral; energy. So how do we attract positive energy so we remain positive and attract to
ourselves all the positive that we desire?
If you often feel energetic and excited (in a good way) then it is more than likely that you
are vibrating at a higher frequency and so generating a positive energy. If you fluctuate on
your energy levels and repeatedly find yourself feeling down it is because you are vibrating
at a low frequency and thereby generating low or negative energy. When you feel you are
vibrating at a low frequency you must make a shift which may easily be done by making a
few adjustments.
Do an energy check right now by answering a few questions.
Do you have a clear mind set?
Are you feeling mentally alert?
Do you enjoy good health?
Do you wake up feeling fresh?
Are you at inner peace?
Are you manifesting the life that you want?
If the answer to any of these is no, then I can help you overcome this.
Let’s start by identifying the top four energy drainers: These are all pervasive and yet escape
un noticed.
1) Incompletions: If you have a whole lot of things that you have left incomplete, it
leaves you feeling incompetent and incomplete. This causes clutter in your mind and
is a big energy drainer. Incompletions can be pending bill payments, pending home
repairs, postponed meetings and so on.
2) Lying to yourself: If you lead your life telling yourself that “Everything is going to be
okay”, “This does not matter”, “I can overlook this” or “I don’t have to do that” when
actually you feel the opposite of it then you are putting your body at ease but
leaving your mind diseased. Learn to take ownership of the truth, if you do not like
doing something, do not do it. If you are forced to go on a holiday that you feel you
won’t enjoy, politely decline. If there is a person you do not feel comfortable around,
avoid meeting this person. All these are energy drainers.
3) Too much of clutter: Clutter drains positive energy. When we have stocked up our
homes with things that we do not need, we prevent energy from flowing through us
and we get negatively charged. Put messy rooms in order, organise all your
belongings and place them tidily and you will feel instant positive energy filling you
up. Let the sunshine in.
4) Sedentary Lifestyle: If you have a desk job where you sit the whole day, after
finishing work if you come home and sit and watch TV and hardly go outdoors then
you will feel a major drain in energy. Walk 10 minutes around the block that you live
in and see the difference
Follow these simple steps and you will see a drastic difference in your magnetic powers:
5) Complete one task at a time: Grab a piece of paper, write down one of your
pending tasks and then continue reading this article. Then as soon as you finish
reading this personal message, complete that task.
6) Get organised: Make a ‘de-cluttering plan”. You don’t have to clean it all in one
day. Do it one room at a time if you plan to de-clutter your house. We often need
to de-clutter our minds too. This can be done one episode or event or thought at
a time just like the one room at a time cleaning of your house. In the case of your
house I suggest start with the room that you spend most time in. Be it your mind
or your home, keep them organised and clean. You don’t have to do it but when
you do it you will notice the difference!
7) Forgive more and love more: Start by loving yourself. Love yourself and forgive
yourself too. Mentally send out love and forgiveness to all the people who wrong
you.
8) Practice Gratitude: Be grateful for all that is happening in your life. Both the
good and the bad. Both are teaching you a lesson and making you stronger and
wiser. Both are giving you what we call experience. Make it a habit to write down
5 things that you are grateful for each day when you go to bed. These need not
be very big things but could be as mundane as being grateful for having a
beautiful roof on your head. Spend some time in gratitude for these things .
Make sure to put in practice all that you have gathered from this article. I have been in the
field of self-improvement for several years now and I’ve developed several programs based
on love, peace and happiness. Some of these programs are even FREE. Do check them out
