Not everything is permanent. Corona Virus is not here to stay forever. There is a lot to be concerned about but nothing to be afraid of! Uncertainties associated with the pandemic will rattle you. This is only natural. It is human. As soon as you become aware that you are being rattled stand-up and dust yourself clear of all fear. You are not alone. You are an integral part of the universe and well - connected all over- not only to the human race but more importantly to the omnipotent too.

Now if you are connected to the omnipotent, who can come in your way? But the fundamental truth is that you need to be convinced of this connection first!

Bask in the sunshine and soon you will stop seeing any shadows. Powerful positive attitudes will carry you through these tough times. Sit alone and spend time with yourself. You will find all the strength, energy and motivation right within you. A major take away from the Covid-19 pandemic, is that we need to take care of our bodies. Several Covid recoveries have been attributed to stronger immune systems, positive mind-sets and healthy bodies. If you are one of the lucky ones not to have contracted the sickness, it is best you take this opportunity to get healthy and live happy with my program you are the sculptor of your life. It would be quite straight forward if all you had to do was check your diet and exercise but you also have to check your mind and keep it as far as possible in a positive vibration.

As lockdowns are slackened and as we begin to come to terms with the beginnings of our new post Covid life, let us remember that for many of us, it may mean starting off afresh with work or business goals. ‘Life post Covid’ will get challenging. But there is only one place in the world where we can have complete peace and that is in the cemetery. Challenge is an indication of life. So be happy that you have a challenge at hand. There are so many that haven’t been as lucky as you are. You are not alone; most around you need that extra hand that will take them through. Dreams need not be given up.
