A new sunrise beckons a brand new day irrespective of our standing in in life we all have a
certain set of things that we do each day whether it is related to work life or family life. We
do some of these tasks blissfully while a few others may result in stressful situations. Stress
is no good and often comes in the way of us living a happy life.
Today, I share with you 7 ways that will get through all your routine tasks with ease.
1) Plan your day: Planning your day ahead by itself is one of the best ways to
effortlessly get you through all your routine tasks. A well planned day turns out to be
more productive as your mind is already aligned with what it needs to achieve. Get
into the constant habit of planning.
2) Avoid multitasking: For those of you who stress out over your daily routine, make
sure to avoid doing too many things at a time. Multi-tasking can often cause chaos
and raise stress levels. Plan your day in such a way that you end up doing one thing
at a time. This will keep your levels of focus and clarity high.
3) Minimalistic approach: Take a minimalistic approach to the places you hang out
most especially your work space or work desk. Avoid cluttered spaces as they raise
the levels of chaos in the brain. Keep only the things that you need around you while
going about your important tasks.
4) Do not rush: It is important to relax all through your day. Rushing through tasks will
cultivated anxiety and will not let you enjoy the best moments in life. Instead, relax
through your tasks, slow down and keep a cool and calm mind. You will end up being
more productive.
5) Stay focussed: While getting tasks done it is important not to get distracted. Social
media, email, phone calls, and the T.V are factors that can cause distractions during
work reducing productivity. Make sure to turn off your phone or keep it away when
you begin an all important task.
6) Limit the amount of information that your brain processes: Avoid feeding your
brain more than it can take in. Stop doing energy draining tasks like watching the
news for prolonged hours, reading too many blogs or newsletters in a day and so on.
Too much of unnecessary information tires the brain and will stress you out. Take in
information within limits.
7) Meditate: Get into the habit of meditation for at least 20 minutes a day. Meditation
powers up the brain to achieve more in life without getting worked up. Meditation
lets you get to know yourself better and once you are in control of yourself you will
perform much better.
Take these small steps each day to live a happy life free from worry and stress. You have the
potential to live an extraordinary life. You are the temple of the Lord. It is possible for you to
manifest your deepest desires—if only you honour this your inner divinity and consciously
choose to live from it.
