Gratitude is probably the most important traits that you should possess. If it isn’t one of
your strong points then you must begin to develop and nurture it. By practicing gratitude
regularly you can virtually transform your life. Gratitude plays an important role in activating
the law of attraction. You will always receive abundantly more of what you are grateful for.
Do not wait to be grateful upon achieving something. Be grateful right away. Even if you are
going through a period of turmoil there will always be something you can be grateful about
Put plainly find something- just about anything to be grateful for. It will create the vibrations
that will help you get out of your difficult situation.
1) Gratitude brings about a change of focus: Life is all about our focus, whatever we
focus on moves closer. By practicing gratitude, you automatically shift more towards
what you are grateful for. Gratitude helps you see things in new ways and helps you
move from a state of lack to a state of abundance. If you are a beginner at this then
the key to practicing gratitude is to write it down. Make a list of 10 things that you
are grateful for each day in the morning and if possible read the list aloud thrice a
day.
2) Gratitude adds quality to your life: By practicing gratitude, you will receive healing
mentally, physically and even spiritually. Gratitude is not only about receiving loads
of money, in fact loads of money can be a product of gratitude. Those who practice
gratitude regularly experience a high level satisfaction and latent happiness.
3) Practicing gratitude makes you feel happier: When you think about the things you
are grateful for your body starts producing happy hormones. This puts you into a
happy vibration which is a great place to be in. You realise that you have so much to
be happy about just by reading your gratitude list. When faced with tough situations
in life, practicing gratitude can immediately make you forget about the cause of your
anxiety.
4) Being grateful takes away your inner fears: It is hard to be fearful and grateful at
the same time. The moment you are grateful fear disappears. When you are fearful,
you begin vibrating in a state of lack. For example poverty makes us fearful. But
when we are grateful, we begin to be thankful for what we have ( even if it isn’t
much) and immediately shift our thinking towards abundance. Be grateful every day
of the year- don’t save it only for Thanksgiving day.
5) Gratitude helps you achieve more goals: It is much easier to achieve ones goals
when mentally in a state of abundance. Gratitude opens a platform for your internal
success. With this internal success intact, you can set out on a path to achieve all
your goals without any distractions. To put it plainly the more grateful you feel the
more you will seek to achieve conversely if you focus only on lack, you will reside in a
low opinion of yourself which is likely to kill all determination of achieving your
goals.
