A 2 minute Rule to Bring Positive Changes to Your Life.

Making positive changes in one’s life can take a lot of effort and trouble and so we tend to put the very idea of change off for another time and date.Below I bring to you a simple 2 minute rule life hack that can change your life forever. Spend only 2 minutes of your day everyday doing one or all of the following:

1) Take 2 minutes to work on your most important task: As soon as you are ready to start your day choose that most important task that stands before you and begin working on it for 2 minutes. It is hard to start working on difficult tasks but once you do, you can finish it off quickly. You will see that you will continue to work on the task immediately after your 2 minutes are over.

2) Take 2 minutes to appreciate your day: At the end of each day, take 2 minutes to review your day. More importantly appreciate yourself for all the things that went right. Be grateful for all that happened to you through your day.

3) When stressed take 2 minutes to do some deep breathing: You will surely have bouts of stress and anxiety as you get through your day. As soon as you feel it, sit down somewhere quiet and breathe deeply. About 10 deep breaths of fresh air will do the trick. This will help calm you down.

4) Take 2 minutes to remind yourself not to judge anyone: Of the several people we meet through the day some will bring pleasant experiences, while others not so pleasant ones. Do not judge the ones that do not bring you any good. You may never know their story.

5) Take 2 minutes to compliment others: All through your day you are likely to witness so much of good in others. Do not keep it to yourself, instead compliment them. Tell them how good they look, or how nice their dress looks on them, or their new haircut. Talk about it all. The happier you make others feel, the happier you will feel. 6) Take 2 minutes to delve into others lives: Develop a genuine curiosity for the things others do. Sit with them, listen to their ideas, empathize with them and offer help whenever you can.

7) Take 2 minutes to spoil yourself: Treat yourself on your little achievements. If you accomplish something go out and reward yourself. Do something that makes you happy. Small self-rewards keep us motivated.
