6 Ways to Cultivate a Mindset of Abundance!

Do you want to get the most out of life? Tons of money, better health, stronger relationships, more holidays and so on. Its simple and indeed quite easy if only you will follow the following steps and try with consistency to maintain what I will be teaching you. If you don’t have abundance and need to figure out where you will be getting your money to payback a loan then you have a problem because you are thinking from a scarcity mindset. You must switch gears and begin building an abundance mindset. The mindset of scarcity will always hold you back and never let you progress. I am happy to tell you that with time and consistent and conscious thinking you can get away from the scarcity mindset. Here are a few points that can help you:

1) Give things away: If you can help someone by donating them your extra stuff then go ahead and do it. By doing this you will be giving yourself a signal that you have more than enough for yourself and you will begin to feel abundant. So do away with excess stuff be it food or articles or even money if you would like to. But be prudent when you do this as all is to be done in moderation only.

2) Be intentional in enjoying what you have: Be grateful for all that you have and enjoy, maintain a gratitude journal and write down things that you are grateful for each day. Doing this will keep you grounded and make you feel abundant.

3) Praise and compliment others: When others do well be the first to compliment and praise them. Celebrate with them; make them know how you feel about them. When you do so you make room for abundance and it shows that your praise and compliments for them come from a place of abundance within you.

4) Set your own goals: Go by your own book; do not copy the lives of others. Your life is unique. Be original and unique in your ways. Run your own race, think about all that brings you joy and go after it.

5) Act like you already have what you want: Always act like what you want to see happen. If you want to be more productive at work then get in early and concentrate more during your time there. If you want to be calmer, adopt practices like yoga and deliberately make sure you are more peaceful and at ease.

6) Believe that you deserve the best: Do not indulge in negative self-talk. Tell yourself that you are smart and capable of achieving anything that you want. Good things will then automatically follow you.
