Physical and mental health are both most important. Drink enough lots of water,
exercise regularly and have a balanced diet. If you have bad health you won’t enjoy
life.
4) Connect with people: No man or woman can live like an island. We are social beings
and need to connect with each other from time to time to better our own lives.
Whether it is reconnecting with old friends, taking a colleague out for a meal or
spending time with a family member make sure you do that often. Do not stay aloof
in your own world; it will decrease your happiness.
5) Keep learning: Always try and learn something new. It maybe professional like
bettering your work skills or something of your interest and passion like learning a
new sport or a dance. Become a lifelong learner. Learning something new is very
good for the mind.
