Don’t expect everything to go your way. There will be situations which will not go as you
planned; we are all faced with moments of rejection. Its what you do to handle rejection that is
critical. Below are 5 things to do that will help you face rejection and move on.
1) Take time and process it: Do not force yourself to move forward when you are still
reeling from the ill feeling of being rejected. Observe your thoughts and feel every
emotion however bad it maybe. Identifying and accepting your new reality is the first
step forward.
2) Focus on what you still have: Do not get dragged into the negativity of what you may
have lost as a result of being rejected. Instead, focus on what you still have and be
grateful. When we are grateful for the things we have we remain open to receive.
3) It may not be about you: Do not fall in the trap of thinking that you have been rejected
because of your flaws. The person could be looking out for something different than
what you had on offer. There may be many reasons for which you have been rejected
and they may have nothing to do with you personally.
4) Strengthen your self-esteem: Think positive and believe in yourself. Remember to love
yourself. You need to be the best version of yourself and once you work on it you will
have built your self-esteem.
5) Move on: Do not get stuck in negativity and mourn your rejection or failure. Life is full of
opportunities. There will be lots coming your way very soon. Be ready to pounce on
them when they show up. Move on and keep progressing steadily.
Try out my programs that are based on self-love and peace to move forward in life. I felt a shift
occur in my thinking that led me to explore the psychological and spiritual aspects of the
human experience. I have overcome many obstacles; I was a chain smoker who was absolutely
obese at 117 kilos and financially almost went bankrupt. Having more than reversed all of this, I
spend much of my time in a mentoring program by which I started, helping others make their
dreams come true. Here is the link to it coaching
